Most Calories Burned
In tracking exercise I've found that kickboxing burns the most calories in the same amt of time and at the same heart beat rate than other exercises such as zumba, ski machine, aerobics, etc. Do you believe this?

Most Calories Burned
I am skeptical about this. Can you post some evidence to support it? I go to a local gym and do wide variety of aerobic options, such as treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, stairmasters, rowing and ski machines, never heard that Kickboxing burns most than the rest.

Kickboxing
What type of exercise for kickboxing? Are you working by yourself or partner?

Kickboxing
When I go to fitclicks Workout/Fitness tab, then to workout tracker, I then go tothe add exercise tab and enter kickboxing, cardio, brisk walk, riding bike, zumba, nordic track ski machine in orderto compare these exercises... I then enter that I did the exrcise for 45 minutes at exertion level 6.... calories burned counter shows the following: zumba burns 281, walking 200, ski machine 281, cardio 401 and kickboxing 401.... Now this is for the same amt of time and the same exertion level.... aerobic/cardio and kickboxing go hand in hand in competion for calories burned. Do I trust Fit Click's workout tracker?????
