Motivatiion
Hi I am new to this site. And I need some inspirational motivation.
I recently have gotten out of relationship / was a little depressed. and gave up on myself - I began to eat junk, binge, and not work out. as a result I gained 10lbs!!!! YIKES!
Last night I made a strategy plan on how to get back to my physical level - and continue to lose weight. I just lack some motivation. I sometimes will workout, and sometimes feel to tired, exhausted, and just makes excuses not to. Today after my workout I felt like a rockstar!! But I also realized there is a lot of work that needs to be done on my body...
any motivational advice / stories???
