Motivation
I'm struggling with motivation and will power. I am new to the Indianapolis area. With no friends. This is my husbands home time so it's hard to find some one to help motivate me.
Any suggestions?

8191 I know you put your heart in your answer....look at you lady's getting it. There is alot of help at this website alot people here have done amazing transformation. "You have to decide".
How to set up a program: Begin by setting specific and realistic goals. Ideally set a long term goal and then a series of short term goals toward the attainment of the long term goal. Some types of goals include build muscle size. Trim and tone physique, increase strength and speed. Make sure your program includes the basic components of a successful program. Cardio to burn fat, weight training to build lean muscle tissue for your metabolism, stretching to help your range of motion, then a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake.
