Mountain Lion
I guess my days of walking outside are over for awhile or maybe the winter. My son found mountain lion track in the hills behind our house. I had the same problem last year. My son is a hunter and taxidermist so he know what he is talking about.
My treadmill will become my best buddy now ,unless I go up into town and walk which I probably won't do because its a pain in the butt.
Treadmill here I come!

My son said I could take the dogs but my dogs are old and arthritic bless their hearts they cannot keep up with me. My daughter's pitbull can keep up with me . I have her on weekends so I'll maybe try it. When I was racewalking(I'd walked 20 miles in the forest) many years ago I was told to put bells on my shoes to alert the wild animals I was coming. After one time of driving myself crazy and singing juggle bells I quit. I might try it again.Have a wonderful day jj

We get them here in the mountains...
we always bring a "weapon" along for the outing. People can become a "mane" meal for these cats. Be careful.

Change the groove
Perfect excuse to enjoy/explore indoor daily activities. I'm looking at indoor rock wall climbing, it's within walking distance of me!
