My first Exercise plan and I need feedback.
I have been doing a self created exercise plan that I put together using the available equipment that I have at home. Please take a moment and provide some feedback for the workout. I'm sure its going to need some tweaking. My goal is to loose weight with an average of around 2lbs+ a week. I'm currently in my second week of using it and finally am able to complete all of the sets and reps. I'm not sure how to link the plan but if you would take the time to view it I would appreciate it greatly.
