Does it or not??? This is something I heard once but am unsure?

need oxygen to function properly so remember to breathe when weight training.

Judge for yourself by taking a 30 minute walk while wearing
your HR monitor. Record your max and avg HR and calories burned.
Next session walk the same path using deep breathing and compare
the results. Let us know what you find out!
