NEED HELP WITH DIET TRACKING
I AM NEW TO SITE AND HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS.
HAVE DECIDED TO FOLLOW THE GOOD CARB DIET AND BEGAN TRACKING MY FOOD. HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM FOLLOWING IT CORRECTLY?
DOES IT TALLY AT END OF DAY? IS THERE ANY GRAPHICS TO SHOW PERCENTAGE OF FAT/PROTEIN/CARBS

You can edit your nutrient targets on your diet tracker. Set the amount that you would like and as you check in you'll see the levels go up. Red means you've gone over.
