Need A Push Toward the Ultimate Goal
Hey; my name is Debi. In the last decade, I have lost close to 200 lbs. (almost 140 of it in the last two years). I am within 30 pounds of my ultimate goal, and having some motivational issues.
I have been working with a trainer 3x a week and treadmilling 4x a week for two years. I get up at 4:40 in the morning (and I'm a night person), so that I have time to treadmill before work). I've fallen in every pothole on this road, and spent weeks wallowing in some of them.
I guess I'm just getting a little tired; the closer my goal gets, the farther away it seems.

You need sleep. Its only healthy!
Getting up at 4:40am may seem like a good idea, but lack of sleep can be directly linked to weight gain! =)

Update?
The closer you get to your ideal weight the harder it is to lose each lb of fat. Hope you are getting closer!!
