Hi all. I'm new here. I wanted somewhere where I could go if I have craving for foods that I do not need to be eating. If you are interested in being in my support group...let me know. It's so much easier when you have people keeping each other accountable. We can come on here and write when we need to avoid those unhealthy food cravings.
