Need Advice
Hi I'm 31 years old and so far I have lost 20 LBS since I started eating healthier this past December. I have noticed that I am losing inches because now I can fit into clothes I wasn't able to before. My frustration is that I still have this big belly bulge that I cant get rid of. A friend of mine said that I should try to eat less carbs and well I just wanted to know if she is right. I will greatly appreciate any advice I get! Thank You.

Carbs
Cutting carbs can help with that belly bulge because carbs cause us to retain water. You want to focus your carbs on whole grains, fruit, and avoiding anything white - bread, sugar, flour, etc.
I focus on Protein, Grains, Fruits and Vegetables and Dairy.
