Need Help with calories burned calculation
I am a nursing student soon to graduate in May - I'm wondering how to calculate working on a hospital unit for anywhere from 6 - 12 hours - it's not running or even a fast walk - it's more of a constant pace with the occasional chance to sit down. Any ideas on how to calculate calories burned will be gratefully accepted.

Your right CC, I used one that cost about $5 from Walmart for a couple of years.
