Need Structure for Weight Loss Please!
Need Structure for weight loss
I am fortunate in that I have lots of equipment, treadmill (no incline though) Power Plate by Power Plate, a mini rebounder, an ijoy board, step machine, weighted hula hoop, 1.5kg, weights to 25 kilos, kettles to 5 kg x 2, a full set of resistance cords, a stepper, and lovely walks including hills for when the weather is good, so I have it all but do not know what I should be doing in order to loose around 15 pounds, the areas I am concerned about the most are my middle body section down to my thighs, usual woman's problem with spreading around the middle.

I am also no good at all at working out a diet plan for me, all I know is that I should be on around 1300 calories a day, and have tried to cut out sugars as much as possible, but what I really need is a good guide say a seven day diet plan of meals that are easy to prepare and ingredients obtainable in the UK, I understand about protein being key to burning more calories.

My current weight is 171 pounds, I am 5.4 and 57 years of age, I do not smoke and am healthy and usually walk around 35 miles a week.

My aim is to lose the excess weight and get toned in six weeks if possible, and would be really grateful for any help, advice and guidance that will point me in the right direction?
