Need a friend? Come here! Introduce yourself to everyone.
Just a board for people to group in instead of making several boards saying "Need some Friends" or "I'm new here" or something. Spares time I guess.

Really mad at me
I use to be so in control of myself and walk away from food thinking nothing taste as good as what thin feels like. I lost 30 pounds at one point and then I let life and others take control of what I needed for me.

no excuses , just Results....
Hi, My name is Barbara Matranga. I live in Houston. Tx. I am 62 years old. and have worked out for many yrs. I just got back to the gym yesterday. I had the excuse it is cold, I am tired, I am stiff. I finally got in there again. after one day a week every two weeks. The best thing about working out is how it makes you feel. ( less down ) Excercise gives one a sense of control over their life. Right now there is not much of that out there with the economy and job loss and negative news. * just get in the door of the gym. I keep a photo with me of fatter me. and an article on beneftis of exercise. I just get in there and start moving doing cardio and feel better in 5 minutes. It has to be a changed mind over body. The body was meant to move and in today's world not much of that. Love, Barb
