Need a workout, diet buddy
I am a busy mom of six. I have been faithfully working out 5 days a week. I need to do a little better with my eating, I a pretty good, but afternoons and evenings are hard. I need someone to keep me on track. I weight 177, I would like to lose about 40lbs, not sure I can do it. If anyone is interested I'd love to keep each other going.

Sounds like Im right there with ya...
I would be happy to help as well! It seems we have the same issue with eating in the evenings. I work out relegiously, but its hard to lose weight when your eating junk food at night!

Hello my name is pj I am also mom of 6 kids I really hope i can go throug this because im tired of people calling me fat I walk alot but it dont seem to be helping me any i will help keep you on track as much as i can im new at this so forgive me if im long winded Right now im at 231 and i would like to be under 200 if possible i really dont eat junk food but i guess poor food choices is what got me here e-mail [email protected]

Hi there, I am also looking for a online workout/diet buddy. I have the same amount to lose and it's hard! I belong to a gym and have steadily worked out for the past year. Food is the problem for me since I am not losing the weight I should be. Inches have come off but not pounds.
Night time eating is a bad habit of mine. I could continually eat all night when I don't care. I've tried to concentrate on that by tracking the nights I don't eat anything past 7pm in a pocket calendar.
Are you having any successes or struggling with anything in particular.

Every days the first day
Every day we have to decide to eat healthy and exersize. It doesn't take long to fall back into old habits. It is especially hard when you don't see results on the scale. We all know that this is better for us than the way we use to eat. We just have to keep going. Tonight I wanted that bowl of ice cream when my husband had his but instead I had more water because I already use my alotment of calories. Tomarrow I will make lighter smarter choices for meals so I will be able to eat a small cup of ice cream tomarrow night. I have to plan ahead.
