Hi. i read all ya blogs and im really interested in havin a online workout/diet buddy. I'm what I like to call myself a emtional eater :(. i eat for every reason, i dont know why. i weight about 198 and i really dont want to hit the 200 pounds, im only 21 and i know thats not healthy, i was also on meds so thats what cause the weight gain. if anyone wants to help, im new to all this, email me at [email protected] ps really would like da help

So true... I have good days once in a while but they always go by the wayside. Each day is absolutely the first day.. And life keeps getting in the way. sickness, visitors, work, kids, obligations, energy, chores, Onething always has to be sacrificed for another.
