Need help with my current eating habits
Ok so first off trying to drop a few more pounds, I just got a personal trainer so that will definately help but I am trying to figure out what to eat for my meals during the day, I can give you a quick example of what I ate today but I don't know if the meals match with the workout plan I am currently doing. I will lift weights 3 days a week and do 2 or 3 days of cardio for 1 hour a week. Here is what I ate today and most of the days of the week for meals
Breakfast: Ham, egg whites, a piece of cheese, on a thin bagel
Morning Snack: 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Chicken breast with rice
Afternoon Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: Chicken breast with broccoli
any help you could give me would be much appreciated thanks

You should consult a professional
There are many good answers to that request, it's based on your actual conditions; actual level of health, fitness level and the program you're about to start. This personal trainer of yours should have taken all these elements into account and determine (calculation) your daily caloric needs. If the trainer is not making a move in that direction please CONSULT with a professional nutritionist and log your food with the food journal, set your goals and be committed.
Food is social and food is emotional! But it remains FUEL...
