Need new and exciting activities that I can do at home...
Although I'm a veteran of exercise and fitness, I cannot seem to find my way out of this rut I'm in... I'm a mother of 2 young children and I have exercise equipment at home (treadmill, bench w/ olympic weights, resistance bands, weighted exercise ball, you name it) but I cannot seem to update what I'm doing currently. I read Shape magazine and check out the workouts, but never seem to adhere to them since they're kinda light and I need something pretty heavy to make me feel like I've accomplished something. I used to kickbox at LA Fitness and that was AWESOME, but I've moved to a new area where the nearest one is an hour away (yeah RIGHT) and I don't have room in my house to hang a full-size heavy bag... If there is someone out there that can help me to build and tweak an exercise regimen, that would be awesome since I have some thigh and upper arm and ab jiggle that need to go! :)
