Need to upgrade exercise equipment but to what?
I have a Gazelle glider but need to add more equipment to my exercise room.....what do I need to buy that is within my average income budget?

I really like my Ab Coaster. It's easy to use and sure works you good. You can add weights to it also(I cant yet) but it is an option for a higher impact workout. It cost about $200.00 at Wal Mart. I also enjoy the Mini Stepper. I bring it to work with me. Was $29.99 4 years ago at Amazon.

Dumbbells
Look on line for a dumbbell circuit you can do at home. Women's Health has a great one or try Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD, just under $10 at Walmart.

Used equipment
Someone said to wait a couple of months and all those ppl that got new equipment for their New Years resolution will be selling the stuff they purchased.....maybe that's true, I dunno
