Needing a Buddy to Keep Me Motivated
Hey All.
I'm 20 years old and I'm just not looking as good as I used to. I was really fit in high school and the frosh 15 has set in. I love working out but I can't seem to find a steady buddy. Someone help!

Heya! Want to be buddies? I think we're in a similar case as I'm 21 and in college and really want to be in shape as I'm nowhere near as happy with my body as I was a few years back.
From weekly updates to texting, I'm game for this!

I am older than both of you ladies, but I am having a difficult time finding others serious enough to be considered a "steady buddy". Other than our age, we all have one thing in common...to look and feel better!

angelstar...... I'm here to tell you, you CAN do it. Aside from your workout, you need to get on a good nutrition plan. If your interested, I can send you the basic chart for my P90X diet. It has the number of things to consume PER DAY (proteins, carbs etc...) definitely let me know, You can do this..... it's about getting your habits reformed!

The Biggest Loser
