Needing help
Im needing help with the last 10 pounds I have to go. For the last 6 months I have been working out atleast 5 days a week but not eating so good. I'm talking eating out almost 5 days a week or more. (I know sad right lol) Do you think that just eating at home alone and counting calories will give me results? My work out schedule is Monday kickboxing some other kind of cardio. Tuesday body pump its a weight class plus 1hr. of cardio. Wednesday Step and pliates. Thursday body pump and cardio. Friday kickboxing and pliates. I do abs everyday.

calories
I would start by tracking what you eat. See if maybe you're eating too many calories. Healthy food is what you need the most. The healthier it is the better.

Most people should eat between 1200 and 1300 calories, though this number could change for each individual.

Remember exercise alone won't help you lose all the weight. You have to eat right too.

*hugs*

80%
80% of weight loss is dieting... so yess improvement in that field will probably help you a lot.

Well balanced, low kcal diet will probably do the trick ;)
Just remember to eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetable every day! 55% of you´re intake should be carbs, 10- 20% protein and 25- 35% should be fat (good fat like in nuts, avocado, olive oil, fish).

Hope this helps you a bit!
