Needing help getting started!
I'm a 25 year old female going through some very stressful things in my life right now!! I want to start a workout plan with my first goal being weight loss. But, I have no idea where to really start to see max results. Any ideas or suggestions about workouts I should do or try??

Circuit Training
The best way that I have found is a conjunction of proper diet and circuit training.

There is also a solid "six pack abs" workout set up on here under "body part specific" when you set up a fitclick workout. Either of these would be good... but frankly, the most effective, IMO, is circuit training.

Of course, none of that matters if you don't maintain a proper diet. That means watching calories - take in enough to supply your workouts, but don't over do it. Take in enough protein and carbs to recover and fuel your muscles.... while cutting out the fats and sodium.

One of the most common weight gain problems is water logging... your sodium intake may be too high causing you to retain water... shedding off that water can give solid results relatively quickly.

Most important of all is DISCIPLINE! You must maintain your course, your diet and your workout routine. Avoiding "cheating" or skipping the gym. Keep your goal in mind and go for it... Don't get disheartened or lose moral if you don't see "immediate" change. It can take time... but if you stick with it and challenge yourself in the gym while maintaining a healthy diet... you WILL see results.
