New Challenge..... TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT!!!
Starting Monday April 12, would there be anyone interested in a 10 week challenge to MAINTAIN your weight? There are several people unable to lose weight due to medical reasons. The inability to lose weight due to these issues not only affects their state of mind, but affects their motivation to continue to watch what they eat and maybe even lead to giving up all together. The challenge to maintain their current weight requires equal amount of effort but maintains their dedication to a healthy life style of diet and exercise. So, here's the challenge - At the end of 10 weeks (beginning April 12) your weight should be 3 pounds PLUS OR MINUS your beginning weight. It's important to include the plus or minus 3 pounds because of the fluid gains all women experience!!! The point of all of this is to provide motivation to everyone struggling with this issue. Anyone interested?????????

I am in but not all the way !
I am in but I am still going to try and lose the 10 lbs. How about you losing 10 more lbs in 10 weeks? You are doing so good.
