hearttoheart
When it comes to cardio do just a little at a time. No one who is out of shape is able to run (for example) for 45 minutes on a treadmill. 3 min. is a bit low but build yourself up to doing it for longer.
Some weights would be a good idea. Make sure to work different muscle groups and change it up every week to every other week. This way you don't hit a plateu with your weight loss.
Watching what you eat is also a good thing. Healthy foods in healthy portions will do wonders for you!

sit down job
I love my job but it sucks because I sit all day. I want to lose about 50lbs and be able to keep it off. I work 50+ hours a week and its hard to fit in my me time. Any ideas on quick workouts would be nice. Anyone that needs a motivation buddy let me know, I would love some new friends to stay focused with

Re: Great Mini Goal Jess
Massages are also great at helping you lose weight....so they are a double score!!! great choice...I had one last week and am going to have another tomorrow...the other good thing, if you have work benefits...massages are usually covered which means you get most of it back :)
