Hello, I came across this site and I am glad that I did. I started my weight loss journey on September 1st, 2009. I have lost a total of 50lbs now. My goal as of today April 27th 2010 is to lose an additional 40lbs. Hope I to make some friends on this site for support!

Can anyone direct me on how to make a work out for strength and cardio? I am not looking to loose weight I am just looking to get in better shape. I ride horses and now that I am getting older need to cross train. Any suggestions I would appreciate it......
