New York City
What is it like to live in NY city? I've been there once and spent a few days doing some business and I was really impressed by how busy the whole thing is... Is the city friendly for citizens? For business it's obviously one of the best places all over the world but how it is like to just live there?

I can say that it is a crazy city. It has a special rhythm of life and some people adore it and some people hate it. It really depends. Thankfully, now this is more comfortable to pay for a toll with ez pass ny. Earlier we couldn't do it online and it was a real hell.

Big cities have their pros and cons. I don't really like New York as it is quite difficult to open a new business there. Commercial real estate rent is terribly expensive and I find it difficult to decide to open something like a cafe on a busy street. It may not pay off.

This might be so if it were not for modern conditions. Many real estate brokers have reduced their rental prices for commercial premises in Toronto. Take a look at this great restaurant listings for sale. There are very attractive positions here at a good price. I have not seen this before. You just need to calculate the approximate flow of clients so as not to take too much space. It would also be great to have an outdoor terrace. The only thing I remember from my life and work in new York is a problem with payment systems that occurred in my office. The whole situation is out of control. It's good that I found a solution in the form of pci security audit. If this company hadn't provided me with a new security system, my office would have been destroyed.
