New and Kinda Lost...
I'm new to the site, and I'm a bit lost on how exactly to get started. I work A LOT, so I haven't had time to go through all the threads to see if anyone's asked this already (sorry). I've never really officially done a workout routine before. I am 6' tall, weigh 200# (with about 18-20% BF), but I want to build up strength and add a lot of muscle. My problem is, I don't know where to start (in general as well as on the site), and things like how many sets of how many reps I should be starting out with. The only equipment I have at my disposal at the moment is an Iron Gym Express, and a pair of free weight dumbbells with a total of 80# of weight plates. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. :)

i would suggest trying the FitClick Select track -- you can choose your workout days (3x a week for strength training is good), it works a body part only once a week, and is a total body routine. the system will estimate weights for you based on your level (just have to answer a push-ups question) and then adjust as you enter actual results.

use the "switch workout" link on the tracker page and select the "setup your workout" path. one of the options will be the "Select" track.

good luck

I don't know whether it merits engaging in betting. In any event, you first need to figure out how and what to play http://www.europeamobile.ca/ Europa Casino . For instance, it assisted me with understanding this site:. The site has fascinating articles about games, club locales and rewards.
