New and looking to gradually lose weight
Hi. My name is Christi. I live in Orlando Fl. I weigh about 230 lbs. Living in this great city and the warmth most of the year I would love to get out more and be more active.
I am going on a cruise next month and would be happy just to lose 10 lbs. before then. My main problem is belly fat.
When I work out I don't seem to lose any weight. Eating right can be very difficult but I'm trying to change my eating habits.
Having some friends on here for motivation would help I'm sure so if you want me as a friend, request me....
