After 11 yrs I'm back in the work force----looked up and didn't realize it was already 1pm---by now I would have already eaten a breakfast, snack, and lunch----geez.. Wonder if this is good or not?????

Keep Habits
Keep eating the way you were, I know you can take a quick break to get your snack.

Seems I'm eating less
Getting into this new schedule has been good for my diet....Before I know it the time has gone by so quickly... I make sure I have protein bars handy if needed.....

Quite true. I started working in a completely new field and gained a lot of experience. This is the most valuable thing I could get. Thanks to the jooble website I found an Intern position for myself https://uk.jooble.org/jobs-trainee-biomedical-scientist. I recommend that you pay attention to these vacancies. Maybe someone will also be interested. There is a lot of work on the Internet, remember.
