New to Fitclick
Would someone be able to give some advice on what diet to follow...There are so many and such a poor meal planner for me. I usually can go the day with eating only one meal and it would be nice to 'follow' what someone else is eating to make better choices

Search the diet plans, I have created many so look for 1144's diets. Fitclick also has several good plans.

Try different one's to see.
I have entered many good recipies...I eat lots of good food, but I do still eat a little junk now and then.
