New to it all- looking for a workout buddy
Hey :)
I'm Cailin, I'm 24, and I'm trying to get in better shape and eat better as well. I've never been very motivated to do any of this, but I want to take better care of myself. However, it's not as easy as it seems to do it alone. Anyone else out there looking for a friend? :)

Hi. My name is Jackie I am 29 and i could really use a buddy :) I am not good at the whole weight loss thing. I have always been..... "a big girl" if you know what I mean. I'm not really sure how we can help each other but maybe just having some one to email and talk to will help. Please let me know what you think.

Hey Girls!
Hey. I am not new to this. But it would be nice to have some friends who I could talk to about my struggles with everything. I am the only fat person in my family and my siblings bash on me and complain about how obese i am instead of helping me achieve my goal. I want to wow them by next year. So I think that through motivation, encouragement, and who knows what else we can all make it to our dreams for our bodies.

Hey everyone I would love to be part of any support network you can set up here. Please feel free to add me. I know I definitely need the motivational support. I have always been a big girl too, and it took an amazing emotional toll on me. Now I am dealing with the after math and it is hard to do alone.
