New to losing weight
Hello my name is Krystal and I'm from Canada. I have always been in fairly good shape and at a weight I like, unfortunately after getting back into school full time studying to be a registered nurse and raising my 3 children I have slacked on the routines I've been in need of and am now much over the weight I would like to be.

I don't really need to lose a lot of weight, I would like to lose about 25 lbs and tone my stomach drastically. Really the weight itself doesn't matter to me but my stomach must be toned! I can't get to the gym but I do have a yoga mat, a resistance band, and a jump rope.

Hopefully it doesn't take long to lose the weight and I can't weight to get back into working out and feeling great :)

Krystal

Tone abs at home
How to Tone Your Abs at Home
Weighted Trunk Rotations
Step 1 Sit on the floor with a straight spine. Bend your knees in toward your torso and place your heels on the floor. Place the weighted object in your lap in front of your belly button. Keep your back straight and your abs pulled into your spine throughout the exercise.
Step 2 Rotate your torso to the right, keeping the weighted object held close to your body. When you reach your full range of motion, pause.
Step 3 Rotate your torso back to neutral.
Step 4 Rotate your torso to the left. When you reach your full range of motion, pause.
Step 5 Rotate your torso to neutral. Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times.
Side Planks
Step 1 Lie on the floor on your right side. Stack your left leg on top of your right leg. Find a point toward the front of the room, such as your television set, and focus your gaze on that point.
Step 2 Prop your torso up on your right forearm. Your right shoulder should be stacked directly on top of your right elbow. Place your left hand on your left hip.
Step 3 Lift your hips off the floor, maintaining a straight line from the crown of your head to your feet. You should remain supported only by your right forearm and the outside of your right foot. Hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
Step 4 Raise your left arm toward the ceiling, for an additional challenge. Pause for one count. Bring your left arm down and underneath your body, dropping your left shoulder and rotating your upper torso toward the floor. Keep your right forearm and feet in place throughout the exercise. Pause for one count. Lift your left shoulder and arm back up, and point your torso toward the front of the room. Repeat this exercise eight to 15 times.
Step 5 Lower your hip back to the floor. Turn around and repeat the exercise on the other side.
V-Ups Step 1 Sit on the floor in a pike position, your legs stretched straight in front of you. Straighten your back from your tailbone to the crown of your head. Keep a straight back throughout the exercise.
Step 2 Bend your knees and pull both legs in toward your torso. Place your hands behind your thighs to gently guide your legs. Lift your feet off the floor until your shins are about parallel to the floor.
Step 3 Release your hands from your legs, once you find your balance, and stretch them toward the front of the room, parallel with the floor. Hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
Step 4
Straighten your legs while doing the above, for an additional challenge.

You can't "weight" no pun intended! LOL
Take your time, losing weight fast is not the best method. You will find your groove...and just you wait, the WEIGHT will come right off if you keep track of food/exercise. Best of luck, Krystal!

I might know much about these exercises, but when you say ceiling, I remember of my old popcorn ceiling which I replaced with coloured concrete one with the help of Lake Forest Concrete Pros.
