New to site
I am new to this site and find it all very confusing. The excercise programs all show excercises with machines and I don't have any of that. I would just like a basic workout program or some help with understanding this site better.

start with the basics
timed walks, jogging, biking...
situps, pushups videos...

The site is big and has alot of things helpful on work out. Look at site in workout area and you can choose one for you. Browse the site is good.

Workouts
All you need to buy may be weights 5, 8 and 12 lbs possibly.... maybe some videos or tape some from Fit TV..... Good luck

Easy
You could try dumbbell circuit training or Zumba. Both very effective.
