New to this... Quick question!
I have picked out my workout plan and my diet. I was just wondering, when during my day should I incorporate the workout? Between breakfast and lunch? Between lunch and dinner? I'm sort of lost when it comes to this. Help?

Before breakfast is best
The best time for me is morning before breakfast. Just make sure you don't eat before you train.

If before breakfast works for you go for it. You will know when your best time of the day is to workout.

Morning person or Night owl?
I agree with 1144...you know when is best for you. I read an article that stated if you're a morning person, it's best to do it in the morning when you have the most energy. If you're more of a night owl, you can do it in the evenings if you plan on staying up late anyhow, it shouldn't disrupt your sleep. That really clicked for me because I've always heard morning is best. I think a lot of depends on if you enjoy working out too. If it's a struggle for you to do, it could be best to do it in the morning just to "get it over with". However, if you enjoy exercising then you usually can find the time to do it.
