New to this, looking to give and for tips, on weight loss and body building and toning, just come fi
I am looking for people to talk with about body building, i know a good amount but am always looking to learn more, i am looking to talk about bulk building at the same time while sculpting, i am gonna be applying to the local police academy here in the next year or so, i have a little bit of weight to drop off, so i will probably be asking questions on that, well will leave it at that, feel free to find me

hey that awsome
ive actully been on the other side off the law but here my best advice, oh and iwent from 300 to 175 then started increasing hypertrophy(getting bigger). you need to eat atleast 500 calories over your bmr every day for aweek to pu on a pound junk food dosent do you no good mentaly or physically. and if you want to get bigger and stronger you need to squat it the one exersize in the gym that you can do by its self and your hole body will grow, then you need to deadlift it the ony exersize in the gym that will make you stronger. oh and if you want the the full boy work out then you need to do milatary press and bench press. you can even look back to the bible if you build your house on sand it will topple. first do the most basic movement then once you have the size your looking for shape them up. oh remeber to only lock out on the exersize you half to lats,triceps shoulders. not squats or bench though hey take caare good luck bodybuilding changed my life read some joe weider the edge was good.
