New to this site:)
I just signed up for this site, I've always been some what active but never been one to hit the gym everyday, I'm only 19 so I should be fit. I just find it hard to get motivated to get in my car and drive all the way to the gym. Plus I live in Hawaii so its always hot outside so unless I get up at 5 a.m or go running at 7 p.m. its impossible. My other problem is I'm SUCH a picky eater, I hardly like anything other than pasta, bread and anything bad for me. So its hard for me to follow a diet plan unless I want to eat the same thing everyday. I want to lose about 15 lbs, I've lost 15 already but it seems like no matter what I eat or do this last 15 pounds wont come off. Thanks for the help!

Don't fear weights
One or the most commen concerns for women is starting a weight training program, they will develop large bulging muscles. Because women lack the hormone testosterone severe muscle growth unlikely going to happen. However women can experience increases in strenght, trim and tone physique. Weight training helps to reduce the chance of suffering from osteoporsis. The body responds to the stess of weight training by reinforcing the bone with calcium, vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals. Weight training for lean muscle tissue, aerobic activity to burn unwanted flab.
