Hi I I started following you to help you get started. I have an exercise program called beafitmomma on here that I do if you would like to check it out. Mine is everything you can do at home the only equipment is tennis shoes, jump rope and pedometer.

Newbie seeking help
I'm a little nervous about doing this. Being on this site and trying to control and do yet another thing. I need a mentor in the worst way yet I feel I should be a mentor. Let me explain; I lost approx 65 pounds 5 yrs ago and had things under control. Now I am 20 pounds up and spiraling upwards and out of control. I don't know how I let this happen and I sure don't know how to re-gain that control. I eat simply because the food is available and get grumpy if I don't have it. In short - I'm a mess. Am I helpable?
