Neww, Kinda Nervous, Would love supporters :P
So where should i start, i guess by introducing myself to an extent i guess :P, my names Damion, im sure im sure i can use my real name here, im not to worried about it, im 19, and well i guess you could say i have a weight problem, when i was little i used to have a body i was proud of, but then my grandparents came into the picture and kinda started spoiling me, feeding me what i wanted, and i like literally gained 198 pounds, im not looking to get down to 100 again, i mean im a guy so i need to weight at least a buck sixty, but i have such a long road ahead of me, i dont have much support at home so i want to reach out to people who i can relate to you know ? before i didnt care all that much, but i look at myself now and im like "Ugh, is this really me" it sucks you know, but i wana have a new go at life, and hoping to make some friends along the way :)

Cheers

Hey hey
What's your plan? Do you have your site all set up yet? I dont have any home support either it's more like there trying to test me all the time. I had to start saying (to myself) screw it I need this they can bug off. So I have a treadmill and it lives in the living room infront of the tv cause I'll walk on it there. I buy my own food and try my best not to eat the crap they bring in. I stay focused by obsessivly watching old episodes of the biggest loser on YouTube (sometimes while on the treadmill). Ive lost 7lbs in 4 weeks using this site and making tiny changes that barley hurt. I thought Id lose intrest if i diddnt do it fast but I actually feel like ramping it up instead of quitting. YOU CAN DO THIS!

Empower yourself
One big thing that helps me is educating myself on nutrition and health! It's very empowering to know the facts about eating right and losing weight the right way. You will be amazed how interesting it is and how much it will change how you look at food. Stay positive and motivated and just know it get's easier. When I started running on the treadmill I could barely go for 1-2 minutes. 3 Weeks later and I'm running for 15+ minutes and still continue to challenge myself. My ending goal is a 5K but I also set mini goals for myself to reach. Once I reach my goal twice I move on to the next one. Its very motivating. Don't give up you can do this!
