No Time for Gym.. Home Exercise only
Im a 25yr old single mom, i work 8-10 hrs a day and i just quit smoking cigarettes almost a week ago.. I am trying to lose weight and stay fit, but I dont have time to go to the gym or most of these meal preps..I currently weigh 199 and i want to weigh 170 at the very most.. any suggestions from anyone on how i can make this work?

Hi I understand
I dont have time either i have 3 kids and each go to a different school so i am always in the car and working , but this is what i do i get up at 6 in the morning to look at the fit tv they have a belly dancing class and a show call bollywood and i do that for 30 mins this will work if you have cable tv hope this help.

Hey
Thanks for the tip.. I most certainly will try it.. I have cable tv.. cablevision.. i will search for the fit tv and give this a shot. I appreciate it.. I get up at six anyways lol..
We'll see if it helps me.. I hope it does..
