No machine exercise?
Hi! I joined this site today, hoping to lose quite a few pounds. I am pumped to start working out again. After losing ten or so pounds some how, I gained then back after stopping for a little.

Anyway, I have been looking for a plan for a few hours, and I can't find anything other than plans that need you to go to the gym or something like that. I do, actually, have an exercise bike and a treadmill, as well a set of two dumbbells (5 to around 20 pounds each ).

So, what I am requesting is a beginner program that uses no machines, but if it does, dumb bells, treadmill, and stationary bikes are the only ones. If I could get something like this by Monday I would be forever grateful. Also, cardio+ strength would be great!

( In a nutshell, I need an exercise program that uses dumb bells, treadmill, and stationary bikes as the only machines. It is okay if none of the three are used. )

Routine
It depends on what you like.
Cardio and strength would be best.

For cardio I go thru streaks Stationary bike, outdoor cycling, elliptical, walking...
You might want to do M,W, Fr biking T, Th, Sat walking or jogging (I'd rather go outside but it can be easier to be on the Treadmill.

For strength It also depends on what you want
I pick a few exercises and do them 3/4 times a week.

Situps, pushups, and a few dumbell weights (curls, presses,,,)there are many choises on the sight.

Good luck,
