Not sure how to go about this
I'm 34, have had 3 kids. I'm not overweight, but I don't look like I used to! It's not so much about losing the weight (pre-pregnancy 115lbs) because my shape is different then what it was. I seem to have most of my weight in my tummy butt and the pesky stuff on my back right behind my hips. I used to have a flat tummy and a tight butt. I want this back!! I do the eliptical for 20mins (level 4-5 depending on what I can handle) Then I do some machines. The one where you turn side to side, gets my core and some back muscles. I also do a machine that targets just core (crunches) innner/outer thigh, and a leg machine to do butt hamstrings. I'm not really seeing results and I've been at it for 2.5 mths. On a good week I'll go 4-5x, on a bad I go 2-3x. I also do zumba 1x week (super fun!!) I don't over eat, but drink coffee that is like half my cal intake a day!
Anyone have advice?

I think you said it yourself...
Your last sentence mentions that your coffee drink accounts for way too many of your calories...

My slim brother turned me on to Chai latte and then I found out that one of those from Dunkin Donuts has 350 calories! Well, I nipped that habit right in the bud. Those coffee drinks can add up even more quickly because they come in larger sizes. Ween yourself off of them slowly by making your own and putting less and less cream and sugar in.

Adding up the money that you save in a year by making your own coffee can be another inspiration, even if you grind the best coffee beans. I treat myself to the Kona blend and grind it fine so I get satisfying flavor.

I've got myself down to one 12 oz mug of coffee with 2 Tbs cream one day and then, the next day, tea with lemon (alternating days). That gives me the benefits of both and keeps me satisfied without becoming overly dependent on either. Instead of having a second mug of coffee, I have a whey protein smoothie. With tea I eat Greek yogurt topped with fresh fruit and sprinkled with granola to keep me from getting an acid stomach.

Hope this helps. Please let me know.

back stuff
Try doing some seated rows and some lat pulldowns they are excellent for that region. And you definitely neat to clean up the diet if you are drinking half your calories

It sounds like nutrition.
Tighten up your food. Not amounts, but what you percieve to be good food might not be. I also get the feeling that if your coffee drink is half the daily caloric intake, then you are NOT getting the fuel your body needs to rebuild muscle and "tighten up"...Let alone fuel yourself to raise 3 kids and get ready for the next workout. Try this...No foods that contain more than 3 ingredients. Let oatmeal be oatmeal and an egg be an egg. You'd be surprised how much that coffee drink you desire so much is hindering your efforts.
