Not sure of my progress but feeling good
As I said. I'm not sure how well I've done, seeing as the first weak I didn't weigh myself (didn't have a scale) and the second week a weighed myself at an awkward time. So I dunno...but I'm used to basically.....no exercise....and poor eating...but in the last 16 days I've managed to walk just a little under 58 miles so feeling fairly good.

Hang in there
I always weight in the morning b4 I eat anything --- this works for me and I ... Walking is a great exercise and will keep you on board... Good luck to you in your goal!!
