Ok, Now I'm losing the inches and lbs. but........
I'm doing great on my journey. Everything is fitting or I have to get a belt to keep them on. lol. Also, I'm enjoying the compliments from friends and family and I absoutely love the stares and smiles from the handsome men.
My issue now is getting my skin to tighten on my abs. I look great in my clothes but don't so great w/o clothes. My stomach is not wanting to firm up it seems. I am doing crunches and every ab exercise I can to help it. Will my stomach eventually frim up as I continue what I'm doing?

Hi,
Glad you going so well. How much weight did you loose if you don't mind me asking. I am in your same boat, lost 60 lbs. I'm working really hard to tighting up the belly. After three kids it's not going to be easy. I'm doing 200 crunches a day. I'm thinking to double it, 200 in morning and try doing 200 at bedtime. Let's hope I get some results.

how to lose the belly
Doing a million crunches won't get rid of excess skin. Exercise and eating healthy does increase the elasticity in the skin and help it to firm up. Overdoing it and working your abs to death though won't help as much as most people think. Actually, it can be harmful.
To firm up your skin one good thing to try is rubbing vitamin E oil on your abs and any other loose areas on your body after every bath, shower, and swim. Doing this while the skin is moist will really help improve the elasticity and help your body go back to normal.
