I find that I can stay true to fitness classes at work, yet I seem to let time get away from me in periods where I overeat or could but do not step up my fitness routine. I think I might benefit from coaching or to see my goals on paper hanging on a wall. It is like I am waiting for something to click in my mind where it just becomes a regular part of life to maintain good nutrician and continuous improvement. Cheers all out there on fitclick. Happy Holidays...

It's still a happy new year for weight loss.
You're lucky to have fitness classes at work. I know what you mean about wanting it to become a regular part of life instead of a constant struggle. It's so time consuming to track calories. I'm new to it, so I'm hoping that it gets to be second nature instead of having to look everything up constantly. I guess that's why people get on pre-set diet plans. I want to eat what I like (within reason), so it's taking me longer to get to know how much of this, that, and the other thing. I think this knowledge might benefit me further into my future, though. If I was following someone else's diet plan, I'm sure I would soon drop it.
