One Year Maintenance Milestone!!
I reached my goal weight (lost 120 lbs) one year ago today!! I have read that if you can maintain a weight loss for 5 years you have a 95% chance of never gaining it back in your lifetime !! :) 1 year down, 4 to go!! Thanks everyone at FitClick for the support, encouragement and camaraderie !!

I knew you could do it! I plan to reach my goal weight by end of Spring 2012 and then start maintenance. 5 years is an easy goal to make and I know I can do it too.
