Not an Exerciser
I have tried the route of no exercising for years and I will be honest with you it will not work. You simply must expend more calories than you take in to lose. Start small and if you REALLY want to do this you have to lose the "I am not an exerciser" unless health issues preclude otherwise start. Start small but start. Hey, its spring out there go and walk. I know you will be out of breath but you always will be if you do not start. Get a good check up first , join a gym if you can and don't even look at what the others look like there. JUST DO IT. I am in your same boat so I totally understand so I am talking to myself as well. I just turned down weight loss surgery, its a scary thing you don't want to have to go there. Do this! No more excuses. As far as diet get your house cleaned out of what you cannot eat and stay healthy. Don't even have it around. As far as fruits and veggies can you have canned and cooked? If not use things like V8 juice etc. When you go for that check up ask a doctor how to do this and do it right. They will guide you. I would suggest high protein, low carb, but you somehow have to get in your veg/fruit.
Do it and lets meet each other on the other side slimmer, healthier and sexier.

although excersing is the best you can loose and manage weight by watching ur calorie,carb,fat,protine etc intake use the diet tracker and weigh in and set ur height and weight gol along with age use the weight and diet tracker on here you can do it, you wont get results as fasst not working out but you would be surprissed and changing your diet can do and you can eat what ever you want just smaller portions!! and if you have trouble making protine goals take a supplement good luck and add me as a friend if you would like!

Exercise sucks but...
I'm 55 and hate exercise unless I'm getting something done like the gardening- but this summer some friends and I attend senior water arobics at the Y without having to join. Only $3.00 per class -fun with friends and a really good work out that doesn't wear you out. afun exercise bubby is a great help.

I want to make my routine which is important to do exercise. If you don't want to do exercise then you have no need to do exercise then you never make it and your whole body is change quickly then you never maintain essay writers service task.
