Parents, don't you think you need a pat on the back?
Hats off to all you parents out there that need to make healthy decisions for your children.... What are some of those decisions? Sodas or water? Potato chips/french fries or mashed potatoes?

Yes, we do! Big Time!
My child will not eat spinach or broccoli but she loves green beans, peas, and carrots. You pick your battles. She loves McD's ff's but they are disgusting, full of oil and salt-so instead I make her homemade ones with olive oil, drained well, and very LITTLE salt. She has never had soda but neither my husband nor I drink it. She drinks water, or watered down juice-never full strength.
