Photo uploads-under required mgs and still won't work.
I know there is a limit to the size a photo may be, but I am using my camera phone, not my digital camera, and it STILL will not allow my pics. I am very frustrated by this. Is there anyway to increase the mg size you guys can allow? I have tried numerous times to do the before and after pics-and do not know what I could possibly be doing wrong. HELP PLEASE.

Hi Cutcarb12. Are you trying to upload directly from your phone to the site? You may need to get the photo off your phone and to your desktop first. Then, you should be able to upload it to the site without a problem. Have you tried it this way?

Tried it from desktop-no go-
No I have not sent directly from my phone-I send the photo to my e-mail downloadit to my desktop, then try to upload to the site-no luck. I dislike taking generic photos off the internet due to copy rights etc. I was surprised that my photos could exceed 1000k? Thanks.

Save our pics and resize them on the Avatarist site. I do it all the time.
