Help without Harm
You can certainly take advantage of healthy options at your Subway , such as there 6 inch wheat / Turkey or black forest ham sandwich ..no cheese add spinach and such,(do consume soups veggie , chicken ..no heavy cream type ones, this will keep you full longer) I will not suggest any excercise other than walking as you have that medical condition and i do not want my advice or anyones to possibly further any injury. Jared ate at Subway constantly as you know he reduced cal intake and chose the healthy options.. so yes, you could lose weight without much exercise, small portions healthy options. ***Get a pedometer starting at $15 @ Target for example.. and who knows how far youl'l go from there~

Track your food
you don't need special weight watchers program. this site is free. there is a huge databse of food and you can add your own. Just be honest when tracking your food. if you eat it, mark it down. I weigh everything. its a habit now. pay attention to all of your numbers. calories, fat, sodium. drink water.
its making a difference in me. i eat whatever i want, but i own up to it and log it in.
the site has really made me conscious of my sodium intake and Im cutting that down and staying in my goals. what a difference.
Good luck to you!
fyi...subway food is high in sodium!
