Popcorn--my favorite snack food!
I think it is high in fiber and not bad for you.... of course I always do the microwavable kind! Any other salty snack food suggestions are welcomed!!!

Protein Snacks
I'm all about protein, and I like Snack Bites from mydietshopz.com - 12 g. of protein. They are very crunchy and satisfy that salt craving. I will warn you that it can feel like they leave a strange film in your mouth - but ok in moderation (not to mention they are pretty expensive at $1.45 for a single-serve bag).

is popcorn low carb?
I am new to all this, and would hate to think I can not have popcorn anymore. Conflicting opinions. . I know corn in general is high carb. Does popping it make it more low carb due to the fiber?

Popcorn might be your favorite and there is no wonder in that. However, popcorn ceiling might not be. Isn't it? That is the reason why I hired Chicago Popcorn Ceiling Removal to get rid of mine :)
