Losing the baby weight
Hello...
I understand about the baby weight. I just had a baby 2 months ago. I have another 15 lbs. to go. I gained almost 30 lbs. with the birth of my son. How I lost the first part of the weight is with diet and exercise. I eat between 1500-1800 calories per day with 6 small meals each day. Each meal is never more than 40g of carbs or 10g of fat. I also work out 4-5 days per week which is hard because I have 2 kids. I do cardio every visit: 30-40 min.(High and Low impact) on the days with no weight training and 10-15 min (High impact). on days with weight training. I alternate different body parts to train on weight training days. I am sure to have the rest of the weight gone by mid July plus some! I hope this helps! Good luck!

I am always trying to support my health. It is really important for me. But after a some sort of a long time, I understood that it is quite difficult to get pregnant and I was using ivf abroad clinic. There are working real professionals, who are helping with all the questions concerning reproduction system and fertility.
